Contact our support team to request a return authorization.
Ship the product back to us at the provided return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
